Registering a New Account Please create a FANNEL account using your phone number or email address.

When Registering by Phone Number Please enter a phone number that can receive SMS (short message) and click the “Register New Account” button. A 4-digit verification code (one-time password) will be sent by SMS.

When Registering by Email Address Please enter your email address and click the “Register New Account'' button. An email with the subject “【Fannel】Email Address Confirmation” will be sent to your email address.
Please access the authentication URL included in the email.
When the user information registration page appears, please enter the required information to complete the registration process.

<Points to Note When Registering by Email Address>
An authentication email will be sent from “”. You may not be able to receive the email depending on your mail carrier or junk email settings. Please either reconfigure your junk email settings or set your email to permit emails from “”.
In the case of Gmail, Yahoo! Mail or iCloud Mail, the email may have been sent to the “All Mail” or the “All Inbox” folder so please check them.
When registering through the app, if you access the authentication URL while the app is closed, the app will display the login page again. Please access the authentication URL while the FANNEL app is running.
Please note that if you were to register a new account by phone number before completing your registration by email address after the authentication email has been sent, you will not be able to register the same email address on your Profile page.

About the “Profile Page” Each artist has their own individual “Profile Page”. You can support your favorite artists by “Following” or giving “Mega-Likes” (to be detailed below) to them through their artist profile pages.
From the profile page, you will be able to view the artist’s “Feed”, “Sponsorship Plan” and “Livestream”.

About the “Feed” Through the “Feed”, you will be able to enjoy not only original photos and videos posted by the artists, but also images from their Twitter feed and videos from YouTube on their timeline.

About “Comment” You can comment on each article in the feed.

About “Heart” If you tap on the heart icon on each article in the feed, you can send hearts.

About “Mega-Like” ”Mega-Likes” are a way for you to support the artists by gifting through the images and/or videos they have posted to their feed.
You can send “Mega-Likes” through the artist’s profile page or the articles in the artist’s feed.
To send a “Mega-Like”, you will need “Coins'' to be used within FANNEL. If you do not have enough coins, you will be able to send a “Mega-Like” after purchasing the required coins.

About “Sponsored” “Sponsorship Plans” are listed on the respective artist’s profile page. Various plans including online communities, various learning (training courses), event participation privileges and fan clubs, are available. Find a plan that interests you? Try sponsoring (participating in) it.
“Sponsorship plans” come in various forms such as subscription-type (flat-rate billing) plans and purchase-type plans. In the case of subscription-type (monthly or yearly flat-rate billing) plans, your subscription will be renewed automatically. Please refer to the respective plans for more details.

Unsubscribing From Subscription-type (Flat-rate Billing) “Sponsorship Plans” On your “My Page”, please select the sponsorship plan you wish to unsubscribe from and click on “Unsubscribe” to unsubscribe from the plan.

Changing Payment Methods for Subscription-type (Flat-rate Billing) “Sponsorship Plans” If you wish to change your credit card information, please follow the following steps.
My Page → Select an applicable Sponsorship Plan → Change Payment Method → Input your new credit card information and click “Change”
The updated card information will be used for the billing (automatic renewal) of all sponsorship plans you have subscribed to.

About “Livestream” This is a service whereby the artists themselves stream live online. During the livestream, you will be able to liven up the livestream with items and stamps, and send comments directly to the artist.
You will need to download the FANNEL app to participate in the “Livestream”. Please install and log in to the app.
You will also be able to accumulate “EXP” (experience points) depending on the number of items you use. The EXP you have accumulated can then be used to exchange for other privileges/gifts through the privilege/gift redemption website.

If you are unable to log in on the FANNEL App There is a known bug whereby users on Android smartphones get logged out incompletely when restarting the app.
1. If the app displays that you are logged in, please open the menu by tapping the menu button (〓) in the top right-hand corner of the home screen. Select “Log Out” to logout from the app.
2. Close the app.
3. Restart the app and log in with your registered phone number/email address and password.
※When logging in by phone number, a 4-digit one-time password will be sent to you by SMS.
※If you are unable to log in with your email address, your password may be incorrect so please try resetting your password through the “Forgot Password” button.
If the problem persists, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

About “Apparel” “Apparel” will link you to the online store “STYLE KNOT” where fashion items selected by influencers and fashion brands by influencers gather.

Payment Methods Payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners) is accepted. If you do not have a credit card, payment by prepaid cards (sold at convenience stores) or debit cards issued by banks is also accepted.
Please note that payment by prepaid cards or debit cards will not be accepted for subscription-type (flat-rate billing) “Sponsorship Plans”.

Unable to Make Payment Please confirm the card number, expiry date, the cardholder name, and the CVV/CVC. In addition, please check your credit card usage limit or the remaining balance on your prepaid card or debit card.
